    Very useful info here. Thanks for sharing. Is it possible for me to import audience from SproutSocial into Facebook custom audience list and do some targeted marketing there. Like if I know a group of people who are engaging with my company on Twitter and LinkedIn and I’m responding to them from inside Sprout – it’d be great if I could import them (cookies / email ids / social handles?) into my ad platform and target them with some different message. Is that even possible?

      They currently don’t have this option to import but by integrating it with the zendesk we can fetch data there and import it for our retargeting purpose.
